Refunds & Returns
First time shipments are covered under our stress-free-60-day-money-back guarantee (we’re MTE after all, we wouldn’t want to ADD stress). If you are dissatisfied with your four pack purchase...first, are you drinking it in really cold water or in your favorite smoothie? Have you tried adding your favorite sweetener (if that’s your thing)?

For subscriptions, you will receive an email notification a few days before your order is processed. Please be sure to make any updates at that time before your order is confirmed. Once your subscription order is processed and you get a confirmation email, it’s already in the works and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Cancelling your subscription at this point will apply to future orders, not the order that just processed.
Due to the nature of our product, we won’t ask you to mail it back. If you did not enjoy it, we encourage you to share it with a friend or colleague who may like to try it.
Late or missing refunds
Sometimes it can take up 3-5 business days for refunds or credits to arrive. If you don’t see a credit posted after 5 business days, please contact us at mte@getmte.com or mte@get-mte.com.
Exchanges
If you receive a package that is damaged upon delivery, we’ll absolutely replace it. Please send us an email with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the product to hello@getMTE.com
